The usual venue for our home games is the West Bridgford Comprehensive School.

Our autumn and spring training home is Alford Road while in the winter months we use the astroturf and floodlights at either Gresham or the West Bridgford Comprehensive School.

We aim to be a team that that sets high standards in all that we do, and that is known for its integrity, teamwork and sense of fun on and off the pitch. Over time we want to build a competitive team, whilst maintaining every player's love of the game through their teenage years.

We have a squad of 17 players, of which many are playing in only their first or second season with the team. This said, the boys display a great team spirit and really do play for each other. Each footballer makes their own unique contribution which is valued and appreciated by players, coaches and parents.

We also have some events away from football, with family barbeques, bowling trips and even a painting project. And once in a while the parents get together with absolutely no kids around.

Nick Gretton manages AC Bridgford with the support of Trent Eriksson and Glen Cunningham. Jackie Cunningham looks after the subscriptions. Every parent gets the chance to help out as linesman, if they feel brave enough.

And then of course there are the parents who provide unfailing support and show their commitment by cheering on the boys irrespective of the elements.

We look forward to enthusiasm on the pitch and from the touchline, together with respect towards all opponents and officials we encounter.
